This location has some very shady practices. We only drove 9.2 miles but they charged for 50 miles and added a protection plan that we did not sign up for. They did not do a walk around of the equipment when we checked it out and when we returned it. There was no record of the mileage on the equipment when we received it or when we checked it back in and they arbitrarily charged for 50 miles. We contacted U-Haul twice regarding this issue but they never responded.

Recently rented 15' truck for furniture move from Plymouth to Falmouth - Put 60 mi. on the truck and filled the fuel to level it was when I picked up the truck. But when I returned I was charged the fuel charge of $63.00 Contract no:17103261 Thank you, John 774-361-4043
