Glen HThe truck I rented was clean but in awful condition, both exterior and interior. The only door that locked was the driver's side, not box or passenger side. There were no flashers that I could find. When I first started driving the low tire pressure light came on and stayed on. The person I returned the truck to told me that the problem was the monitoring system, not the actual tire pressure, but no one told me that when I got the truck. The AC did not work, or worked very feebly. To improve for the next customer, retire this truck!
SUSAN BMake sure vehicle in good working condition. Check to make sure they are working properly. Lights in back . No gas when picked up truck . Make sure they are charging you for your mileage and not someone else who previously used the truck .
DEON MThis is my second time renting from this location and the staff are great - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. My only complaint is that I ordered 10 book boxes to pick up with my cargo van, which were not available when I arrived because they had accidentally sold the entire inventory to another customer. I was given a refund upon my request, but because I still needed the boxes, I was unable to pack my items and had to spend ~5hrs the next day getting boxes and packing them instead of using the van as I intended.

EUGENE GI returned the van earlier than expected because it wasn’t up to my standard. I believe someone had just returned this van and it was pretty dirty, banged up and also had graffiti on it. This was not the original van it told me to take but that van was blocked in and I was asked to take this van by the street. Other than the van, staff and everyone there was great!
Andrew MPlease go over your receipt in detail because you may be charged for things you did not request like damaged coverage which I'm now seeing on my receipt, go over your receipt things are being added.

SHARON PRented 3 times in the last week. Equipment is always good. Line is sometimes long, but i do the online check in when at the location and they provide me my keys. I think eveyone should do the online check in. Highly recommend this U-Haul location if you’re in the area.

MayAnn CWhat I think they could improve more about this U-Haul was that I put in a reservation the day before and they did not notify me that I could simply on my phone. Just finish the reservation and get the truck so I waited in line for about an hour, and then when I got up to the computer, they told me that the computer wasn’t working and I needed to do it on my phone. I just think that they should be more clear and direct about what you could do and what’s going on after the U-Haul and figuring it out but I just think that the service was bad once I got the U-Haul truck though it was fine. It was perfect and returning. It was very easy but the service in there it was Horrible.
