Considering where the service is located, nothing else can be done, The staff was friendly, courteous, the place was clean, I was able to rent a truck, even though I wanted a van, all was well.

Cherisse CI will not be using U-Haul again. You people moved my truck from 1.5 to 8 miles away 2 hours before I was supposed to pick it up. I live in nyc so 8 miles is no joke. I had to call three times to get it changed to a location 3 miles away instead. But the person changing it failed to change to mobile access despite informing me the location was closed, so I had to call another couple of times to get someone to make it so I could actually pick up the truck. This ordeal took hours and so many unnecessary tears while I was already stressed trying to move.
Rose MI got charged for insurance even though I repeatedly verbally requested not to be, and marked that I do not want coverage during the online reservation!!! The person at the counter was inefficient and hard to communicate with.
