Location was very busy and crowded. The owner was not helpful because he said the drop off location was supposed to be NJ, however I changed it to his location. He didn't seem to care. Unable to provide receipt upon request.
LUKE SThe guy was really rude telling me that I couldn’t get a truck I told him I had a reservation. He refused to listen to me. He said the only truck that he had it was a 15 inch that was going out of state and I told him that was mine. I told him next time do not refuse your customers when they told you they had a reservation without you asking them for the reservation number. He was really rude and nasty.
