I was scheduled to pick up my van at 7am with a dolly and blankets. I was there at 7am. The van was not ready and the location was not open until 7:30. I had to download the Uhaul app to pick up the van. I did but then I could not get the van until I checked in at the counter. I did not use the app once. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I will not go back to this location.
STEPHANIE PI was giving a truck with no lock even tho I had a key to a lock and when I asked for one I was told that U-Haul has never giving a lock for a truck before. The truck was in bad shape but drove well.
