The guy collected my key then, later n the billing process, tried to charge me a $25 Cleaning Fee. The truck was spotless when I returned it.

I was sent here from a different location after the location in cypress ave told me the van I reserved in advance wouldn’t be ready for my pick up time I scheduled. This place was inconveniently out of my way 20 minutes farther away and I had tow wit at the counter for 20 additional minutes until someone came to help me.
JOSHUA SVan was dirty, never got my equipment that I got (dolly and furniture pads) but was still charged for them
James BTerribly understaffed...terrible check in process. Vehicle was dirty. Gas station attendant made me wait over 40 mins to check me in. Once I finally was allowed to do the check in it only took 5 mins. Gas station needs a dedicated uhaul person. Will not return. Terrible process overall. And for some reason the app wouldn't allow me to do self check in. It did allow me to do self check out.
