Saturday Dispatcher not knowledgeable or helpful. Repeated the same answer to him several times while he was entering information into system. He stated “I’m just the dispatcher.” Key was accidentally locked in cab of truck before even leaving rental parking lot, and I had to pay for a locksmith because I didn’t have Roadside Assistance on rental contract. The person I dealt with over the phone to rent the truck was very knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted me with what I needed and the appropriate contract for my move.
