Easy drop-off so I would recommend on that basis. I got charged a fuel fill up service fee. This makes zero sense because the tank was nearly empty when the truck was picked up! I put gas in the tank and returned the vehicle with much more gas than it had upon pick up. I shouldn't have to pay for the next customer's fuel.

I also called the office that rented the truck. But my experience with this dealer was poor. I tracked the mileage I drove the truck and was charged an additional 30 miles from what was actually driven. In looking at the gas tank level on the final invoice, it appears the truck was driven after I dropped it off. I filled the entire tank before returning the vehicle about 5-7 miles away. Then to be charged a cleaning fee to leave the back of the truck in the same condition we got it in is complete bullshit! We used the blankets, folded them, and left them on the floor of the uhaul as the directions stated. I am not someone who gets overly worked up about things in general, but there appears to be some malpractice from this dealer location regarding the mileage and the associated fees. I guess I should have taken pictures just to cover my ass, but I shouldn’t have to. We treated the vehicle like our own to avoid these additional costs. The experience was terrible, and I’ll most likely be using a different vendor in the future. I’ll recommend that to family members as well.

I was a little disappointed with the person who rented the truck. He was upset when I told him the truck did not match the invoice I was given. When I asked for a copy of the new invoice that was legible and the jacket with the U-Haul information. I was given the same copy folded up in a jacket that had been Balled up and then flattened. I thought that it was unprofessional no matter how busy they were.

As soon as I walked in the door to get the keys, the man working said that I shouldn't use UHall and that it was terrible. When I went out to the truck, there was dried, sticky soda everywhere.

Went into this location to drop off and worker asked how he could help me. I answered by saying we had a Truck to drop off and he reply was “ no thanks”. I replied by saying excuse me, and then he said to just leave truck where it was. I handed him the keys and we left.

The trailer was not clean. The location was not a very convenient place to pick up. There wasn't much space to maneuver in for getting on with just my SUB let alone with a trailer. Staff was abrupt but individual helping to hitch up Trailer was very helpful and polite. Kudos to him for jumping in and helping!

The staff there were great- the equipment was not. The AC didn't work, there was a leak in the vehicle which damaged some of our boxes, and the vehicle didn't start immediately. The staff at this location worked through the battery issue and got it replaced. Not happy with the organization of U-Haul as a company- we requested 8:30am pickup, were told the latest we might be able to get it was 1:30pm. We had movers scheduled from 12-2. The staff at this facility worked with us to get us the truck in time- but it was a stressful experience initially due to the U-Haul corporate organization.

Had an issue with reservation timing. My reservation was moved from one site to another, and the 8AM reservation could not be fulfilled as the new place did not open until 9AM...would have been good to know. I went to a store I needed to hit to fill the time, but a notice would have been good.

We left the trailer late after the location had closed with the plan to be back early the next morning to get our lock off it and the “packing” items out. I called in the morning to let them know that we were on the way and they said they had cut the lock off and moved the trailer up against a fence where we couldn’t get in it. When we got there they made no effort to help move it so we could clean our things out of it. There was also no explanation of why the lock was cut off and no offer to replace it. The whole experience was very frustrating!!!

We showed up ten minutes early to pick up our rental (8:50 am) and were told although the door was open and open sign on and woman filing her nails that we had to wait in our car in the cold with 2 small children until she was open at 9:00. At 9:00 we found out that our truck was not ready for us and ended up not getting our truck that we reserved weeks in advance until almost 10:30.

The service itself was okay. However, I was charged $25 for "cleaning" despite having thoroughly cleaned the van. No one has responded to my emails about that yet.

Our driver requested a copy of the receipt for his rental and the person running the office refused to give it to him. The situation escalated and the U Haul person called the police! The police told out driver that this was not the first time that this person had gotten out of control and called them. Our driver finally did get a copy of the receipt, he needs it for his trip paperwork, and left the location.



I was told because they didn’t have a smaller rental that they would lower the price of the medium and I have the papers stating that the price was knocked and was charged full price and charged plus some. Not happy.
