Customer service was awful. We were told that we had to wait to get our truck checked back in until they finished parking rental cars and they told us to use the app or wait. The young lady was extremely nasty and stood behind the counter smirking at me as the manager was helping me. She was very dry and really need customer service training. I will not be using this location again.

JASMINE QI had a disappointing experience with Uhaul. I rented a cargo van for 1 day - return by 6. I called and left a message (because no one answered) that I was going to be late (Friday - rush hour, Atlanta traffic). I was approximately 30 minutes late returning the vehicle - well before this location closed for the day. It was not explained to me that if I was even a minute late, I would essentially be charged another day. My plan was to pay up to $100 for the day rental and I ended up being charged $200. It was only after I called Uhaul Corporate that I was refunded $50. It felt deceptive in nature because everything else is spelled out except that. I will likely make other arrangements next time.
