The truck i rented had over 100k miles. It vibrated tremendously as the wheels were not balanced or aligned. This truck had to be well over 10 or 15 years old. The location wasn’t staffed. I had to call a number and wait for the guy to show up. The information online allowed me to rent the truck one way only to find out the truck I rented wasn’t a 1 way truck. The truck was on empty when I picked it up and the guy working there didn’t know I had a reservation. What the hayle?
