The agent was 10min late. Slowly walking over from the McDonald’s next door. She had. Nothing in her hands, which means she sat in there and ate her food, while me and 3 other customers were waiting for her to open. No apology offered for tardiness. First truck we were assigned air conditioning wasn’t working, was filthy and the fuel gauge light was on. 2nd option vehicle had thick barbeque sauce spread out all over the floor on the passenger side and smelled horrible. Water bottles, and all types of trash in the cabin. I lifted up the back door and it’s 2 bags of trash and clothes! Dirt everywhere. I reported the sauce issue and she slightly hosed it down. When I got home, I removed the rubber mat and cleaned it properly with soap and water. This is the 2nd time renting here. When I told my wife that this was the location that we’re renting from, her reply was, “didn’t we have a bad experience years ago there?” She was correct. We couldn’t remember the issues, but we did remember that we had once vowed to never rent from that location again. HORRIBLE

Roswell SClean the van between customers. The van snelled like garbage was previously in it and there were spiders in the vehicle. I saw spider webs inside and had 2 spiders on my arm while driving the van.

ALTON STruck had a broken latch. This caused the rear door to open and allow the dolly to fall out. I feel 120 charge for a new dolly is excessive when you can buy a new dolly for $65.00. Also suggest the interior be wiped out as the dashboard and cup holders were dirty.
