Kinds hard to find the location, but they're great
Desmond LWhen I arrived, (9:00am, my pickup time) the lock box I was given did not open the truck I was assigned. I had a no contact registration. However, I had to call the store (which was closed) location to speak with someone. I was then sent several text asking me to complete the registration I had already completed with the home office and online. Once I got in contact with the rental office, the lady gave me another lockbox code and the lock was so rusted and hard to move the lever to open the box. By the time we got it opened, it was an hour later. Lastly I requested two dollies, there was only one, but I was charged for 2. I will be contacting the home office once I get to my destination Tuesday. Very disappointed.
Bonnie GFirstly I was given the keys for a different truck than my reservation and that took 30 minutes to sort through. The check engine light was on and the front bumper was badly damaged so much so that it was scraping on the front tires when on an incline.
Aisha DThis was my first time using a drop off location There was two keys in my box for different trucks and I didn't have the dolly for the rental. I had to rent a dolly at another location BTW...I need to be refunded the charge for the dolly.
