They trying to charge us for mileage and stuff that we didn’t use. We didn’t go that far in the truck. I also took pictures of the mileage and everything else. No, I would recommend no one to use these people if you want to use U-Haul you need to go on the inside because doing self service is not what time it is at this location very poor very

Unfortunately , this Uhual truck had no A/C and smelled like stale smoke. No setting worked to blow cool air and it made our drive brutal in summer. It could have been cleaned out better, there was food on the floor board and a broken exacto knife left on the dash. I usually have a decent experience at this location but this was not great. It served its purpose as a truck, but could be maintained better before the next rental.

Desmond LWhen I arrived, (9:00am, my pickup time) the lock box I was given did not open the truck I was assigned. I had a no contact registration. However, I had to call the store (which was closed) location to speak with someone. I was then sent several text asking me to complete the registration I had already completed with the home office and online. Once I got in contact with the rental office, the lady gave me another lockbox code and the lock was so rusted and hard to move the lever to open the box. By the time we got it opened, it was an hour later. Lastly I requested two dollies, there was only one, but I was charged for 2. I will be contacting the home office once I get to my destination Tuesday. Very disappointed.
