There was a to go coffee cup and car ash tray left in the truck from the prior person. Other than that the truck was clean and up to par.

Easy pickup and drop off overall, both times after hours. The app was giving me issues both when picking up and when dropping off; however customer support was able to help me resolve the issue. Truck was clean both in the box and in the cab. The truck was easy to find. Overall a 9/10 experience.
Joshua SI don’t see personnel because it was after hours. The area was secluded and very dark. There were no signs as to where to park.
Kerri CI booked ahead of time. When I got there no-one was there to help us. We downloaded the app but the app would not accept most of our photos. It was an awful experience. Never again!
