There was no one there to represent U-Haul. The hair stylist that were there for their own business told us to just drop the trailer in the yard.

The sign said open. The office hours were posted 9-6 Monday through Saturday. I dropped my trailer and did a self drop off because the office door was locked. I knocked and no one answered. I called the number on the window and on the website and no answer. I called again and left a voicemail but haven't received a return call. The app suggested I take pictures of the trailer but once I took them through the app, it didn't allow for me to continue to upload. I used my phone to take pictures to cover me because at this point, I don't really have any way to prove that it was in excellent condition when I left the trailer. I do have a completed return receipt in my U-Haul account.
Robin PThe individual running my pick up location called out sick. There is nobody lined up to take his place so I was delayed over an hour waiting for somebody to come from another city to get my U-Haul.
