The whole ‘online only’ process was a giant hassle and I will not be using a U-Haul again. My self drop off wasn’t loading when we arrived and after going inside, the guy told us to just drop it off across the street. It was raining and when we came back he said we had to do the stuff online…the stuff we couldn’t do because the truck was already parked and locked with the keys inside.

Heidi KThe fuel was under 3/4 when I picked it up. I drove 23.7 miles, so not-surprisingly, the fuel was much lower than when I picked it up (I have pics). But I was charged $53 for 10 gallons of fuel. The gal at the place I picked the truck up at made it clear it wasn’t her fault and there was nothing she could do but text her “U-Haul Contact”, who would get in touch with me to give me a refund. That never happened. They advertise a truck rental for $29.95 - don’t believe it! It cost me $100 more than that.

aaron bnot bait and switch I was promised one price and it was increase $60 because they switched the drop off location (a few miles difference - Bellevue from Omaha) and when I requested this be corrected I was told repeatedly that sorry you signed the contract, which said bellevue at the bottom not to mention a broken AC that was not compensated for because I wasn't willing to sit on the side of the road for an undetermined amount of time, when I had a deadline to get home the contract also says I dropped it offe the next day when I dropped it off that afternoon as soon as I got home and unloaded my cargo unfortunately I will not EVER be using Uhaul again, due to this this service and treatment, inaccuracies, and shady maneuvering thanks
