The gentleman that I have the keys to didn't seem at all interested in having any conversation. I didn't know the interaction was over. It was uncomfortable

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe whole ‘online only’ process was a giant hassle and I will not be using a U-Haul again. My self drop off wasn’t loading when we arrived and after going inside, the guy told us to just drop it off across the street. It was raining and when we came back he said we had to do the stuff online…the stuff we couldn’t do because the truck was already parked and locked with the keys inside.
Abby BParking was across a busier intersection than box drop off so it was a little cinfusing
Heidi KThe fuel was under 3/4 when I picked it up. I drove 23.7 miles, so not-surprisingly, the fuel was much lower than when I picked it up (I have pics). But I was charged $53 for 10 gallons of fuel. The gal at the place I picked the truck up at made it clear it wasn’t her fault and there was nothing she could do but text her “U-Haul Contact”, who would get in touch with me to give me a refund. That never happened. They advertise a truck rental for $29.95 - don’t believe it! It cost me $100 more than that.
Leonard JGreat customer service and reasonable price. I had a very good experience with this location.
