The fuel was under 3/4 when I picked it up. I drove 23.7 miles, so not-surprisingly, the fuel was much lower than when I picked it up (I have pics). But I was charged $53 for 10 gallons of fuel. The gal at the place I picked the truck up at made it clear it wasn’t her fault and there was nothing she could do but text her “U-Haul Contact”, who would get in touch with me to give me a refund. That never happened. They advertise a truck rental for $29.95 - don’t believe it! It cost me $100 more than that.

not bait and switch I was promised one price and it was increase $60 because they switched the drop off location (a few miles difference - Bellevue from Omaha) and when I requested this be corrected I was told repeatedly that sorry you signed the contract, which said bellevue at the bottom not to mention a broken AC that was not compensated for because I wasn't willing to sit on the side of the road for an undetermined amount of time, when I had a deadline to get home the contract also says I dropped it offe the next day when I dropped it off that afternoon as soon as I got home and unloaded my cargo unfortunately I will not EVER be using Uhaul again, due to this this service and treatment, inaccuracies, and shady maneuvering thanks

I’m so sad we had such a bad experience, renting a U-Haul. This was our first time we had issues when we got to the Bellevue location. The cab was unlocked. There was a horrible odor. The back of the truck was unlocked and we thought it was weird we could not lock it with our stuff in it. When we dropped it off, I tried to explain, but I know it’s not the guys that helps fault. Very disappointed with how much we spent.

make sure the equipment is functional before renting it and have plenty or extra ones also make the process easier to change trucks on the spot

it took about 30 mins to get the truck. I have no clue if it was the mobile pickup issue or It was a person issue. Overall it wasn't bad

Needed the uhaul for a couple extra days that weren’t planned- the staff was super helpful and understanding- even though i know stuff like that can be irritating- your staff was so beyond helpfu, kind, and knowledgeable with the questions I had. It was also my first time renting and using a uhaul and I have to say- for a 40 year old woman moving her 2 70 year old parents- thee uhaul saved my me! Definitely wouldnt have been able to move them with just us three doing it. Next time I will definitely be paying some of the movers you suggested, to help move, though!!but thank you for everything!!

I noted the van was dirty when I picked it up and yet I got charged for the cleaning fee. Absolutely stupid
