Ravi GNo assistance with backing up trailer to the spot that they wanted. Parking lot unpaved and incredibly muddy. had to wash my truck and interior carpets to get it all out. No assistance with lifting the trailer off the ball. Why is there no tongue jack on the trailer ??? The location also did not " check in " my trailer until 2 days after I turned it in on Tuesday. This location needs to be inspected and trained in customer service.
