I returned vehicle after hours and I was charged a cleaning fee of $25 for returning the truck the same way i got it. Thats scam

Price, also I got charged for fuel after I put in the fuel that I used. Too much money for kilometres
PANAGIOTIS AThe location and the actual yard were vehicles are parked are way different. The vehicle was parked in a lot where other vehicles were blocking it. It took me 15 mins to first find the person to ask them to clear the way and then other 20 mins to clear the snow as the vehicle was stuck in snow as the yard where the vehicle was parked in was not shoveled. The staff had no responsibility at all. Very poor experience at this U-Haul location.
Aman MThere was not enough space to park the van when I brought it back. I had to take all the photos myself, which added significant time to the pickup and drop off, and I was not prepared to do this in the freezing cold.
Rezan ONothing was made clear when I rented tge van. I was charged $27,00 for driving a distance of 12 km. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be making a formal complaint.
