Both pick up and drop off locations were changed the day of the move. One should not be able to book, if everything is subject to change. I understand pickup changes, but telling me I can't drop off at the selected location the day of my one-way trip is not understandable. I paid much more for a one-way trip, and it ended up costing much more time and money.

The location did not have a prehour pickup option yet the option was given during booking. I had arranged for (paid) movers to meet at the house for 8:30am move and have arranged for the mobile pick up at 8am to allow enough time for truck pick up. I didn't get the truck until closer to 10am. The truck was not even on the premises. The personnel, tho a nice person, was very disorganized, lacked communication and professionalism. The entire booking and pickup process and experience was a complete failure. Had we known the location did not allow mobile pick up we should've have planned accordingly. I would not recommend your services to anyone cause I wouldn't want anyone to go thru what we did. I'm sure you guys are counting on the fact that there aren't many (if any) other options when it comes to moving truck rental so you probably don't care about what the customer may have to deal with once booking is made. Very disappointed, extremely misleading and unreliable. Only thing that went well was the drop off aside from being charged for extra mileage.
