Drop off location owner billed me for 2 extra days, this location is a scam
Ian MStaff is friendly and efficient but vehicles are never clean here.
PAUL RThe place was great, but it was not the place I booked. I was called half way while driving from Ottawa to Toronto that my drop off location has changed. This is not acceptable as I had to make changes at my delivery location to accommodate this change.
Frank DI have been billed about twice what I was quoted. Dont trust use u haul. The $19.95 printed on the side of the truck is a scam.
