Everything was good just can not give people the option to rent a dolly if you do not have a dolly! I was only able to move half my stuff without the dolly and carry boxes by hand, and the time given before had to return the uhaul. Now I’m going to have to rent another I haul another day with a dolly hopefully to move the big things like my dressers and tables. I would recommend the location if they had the tools offered

Miltiadis MI booked cart online. I was not given that.
ZARIF MI rented a 15ft truck but the location didn't have one. Why did the app offer it then??? Very annoying
SOMA EBoth pick up and drop off locations were changed the day of the move. One should not be able to book, if everything is subject to change. I understand pickup changes, but telling me I can't drop off at the selected location the day of my one-way trip is not understandable. I paid much more for a one-way trip, and it ended up costing much more time and money.
