The vehicle was filthy, my girlfriend had to have the window open almost the entire time, and it was freezing. People had obviously been smoking inside of it and it stank like body odor. The people who were working at the counter could not speak serviceable English and for that matter could not understand how to use a computer. We had a time sensitive booking and even though we were there before our booking window began, we were not able to leave until 45 minutes after The booking began and we were nearly late for our move. We have rented a U-Haul before and it only takes two minutes flat to pick up the keys. The people running this operation need to be spoken to. It was absolutely unacceptable.

JOZSEF REverything was good just can not give people the option to rent a dolly if you do not have a dolly! I was only able to move half my stuff without the dolly and carry boxes by hand, and the time given before had to return the uhaul. Now I’m going to have to rent another I haul another day with a dolly hopefully to move the big things like my dressers and tables. I would recommend the location if they had the tools offered
