The tow dolly looked brand new! Super nice proprietor of the establishment, helped me get the dolly connected, too. I love the U-Haul website, too! It asks about the tow vehicle, the vehicle to be towed, and then evaluates what my options are and recommends the best fit for my needs. It then told me which local rental places had a tow dolly available and made the whole process SOOOO easy! Great price, pay online, pick up is a breeze, and return is just as easy. No one was there, so nothing good or bad there. The return process was a bit confusing, I had to download the app to return when I was told I didn’t need to download it.
MARY MThis pick up location was an auto repair/gas station. The proprietor was very nice and personable. He worked through a billing issue with customer service on the phone. He clearly knew what he was doing. Pleasant experience.
Robin NAdded equipment was not available and had to make a second trip to another location to get Dollie’s and furniture pads. This should have been communicated beforehand.
STEVEN FThe process took over an hour and said to be a few minutes. The truck brakes weren't the best and the gear shift did not work properly. Then returning the truck i had to take pictures n such at 9pm at night.
