I gave the address where I was picking up furniture from and they assured me that it would be at the closest U-Haul to that location but the day before pick up it was not at that closer location. It was actually a lot further away not very happy about that.

Got no complaints at all very easy to deal with and courtesy people
Thomas MPrevious renter was a smoker, it stunk plus they had a dog, so there was hair everywhere. They spilled beverages on the cup holders, so they were sticky. Suggestion, charge ppl for smoking and the drop off/pickup location should have to at least vaccum it, as I gather they get some money for taking the vehicles at their location.
Mark Cinform them that there is NO ramp on smaller trucks
