To improve on the next customer I would say to have the dolly’s they ordered provided and if not available taken off their bill.
Kayla PThe younger guy answering the phone was horrible. The older gentleman who waited on me the day of pick up was fantastic even though the U-Haul web site wasn’t working on his computer.
Craig PWe made the reservation for office in windgap on a Monday for Saturday they had 1 there but they sent email that we had to 15 miles away to pick it up and drop it off . We went to Windgap because it was only 3 miles from home next time where we make the reservation should be where we get it
