I moved from Huntington Beach to big bear. They guaranteed drop off within our moving location. The best they could offer was Apple valley an hour away from where I moved. This is not okay. I see about 3 different places that accept uhauls. They should be able to make an exception for trailers at least. I had to drive an extra hour and a half just to drop off a trailer. It’s stupid that I can reserve a place to move to and they have no where for me to return the trailer except an hour away. Also before I went to HB I went to running springs at my EXACT RESERVATION TIME AND WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A TRAILER. THIS IS A BS SYSTEM THAT I HOPE GETS FIXED SOON. I hope you start to understand that we ask for a certain drop off location for a reason. I hated I had to ask my friend to stay at their home unannounced because U-Haul wants me to return a trailer a county away. It’s not fair for people who live in small towns. I was also promised money back for my frost reservation in running springs I had to cancel so I could get a trailer in HB. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL BE LEAVING A HORRIBLE YELP REVIEW AT ALL LOCATIONS.

brady kThe young man working this location was intelligent, energetic and personable. He represented your brand well and made certain that I received the services I required. I had purchased boxes but had forgotten to purchase tape. The additional transaction was no "bother" at all. Everything was handled professionally in spite of an unseasonably high heat an humidity that made others I work with on my project more "grumpy". He is an asset to your brand.
william bDrop off was after hours so really no personnel were at location. The area was dark and isolated so recommend more lights or after-hours security guard as was unsettling at times with just me and my wife
