The truck was full of mud from the rain. There was hair all over the inside of the truck and the young kid that helped us was rude, looked like he just woke up and didn’t want to really help or talk with us. Just plain rude.

ELISEO FThe kid that helped me when i picked it up was Exceptional, and even helped hook the trailer up!! The rest of the experience was alright, the app didn't allow me to return the trailer...no one called after I left it there the night before the return date. It was extremely dirty, my son and I pressure washed it and took all the dirt, glass shards and screws out. But the kid helping me when I picked it up, made all the rest of it ok. He tried his best to make sure I was happy before leaving. Wish more kids are like that!!
