Permanently fix the sign indicating customers should call the designated number if no one is to be found. I found this important piece of info on an 8.5x11” sheet of paper on the floor of the office deck.

NATALY VDisappointing. I noticed after I returned the truck that insurance was added. I clearly said I didn't want insurance and would pass on it when I picked up the truck. I didn't think to double check my emailed receipt to make sure the kid didn't add it. Called after I got my final bill and saw it. Was told to contact customer service to dispute, but "since it's your word vs his and you don't have evidence, it will probably be denied". Thanks.
