The kid that helped me when i picked it up was Exceptional, and even helped hook the trailer up!! The rest of the experience was alright, the app didn't allow me to return the trailer...no one called after I left it there the night before the return date. It was extremely dirty, my son and I pressure washed it and took all the dirt, glass shards and screws out. But the kid helping me when I picked it up, made all the rest of it ok. He tried his best to make sure I was happy before leaving. Wish more kids are like that!!
