I rented a vehicle mover . One of the scraps that secures the vehicle to the trailer was broken and short . The personnel at the location recommended will be okay, but it wasn't . Actually, it was unsafe for him to even allow me to leave with that trailer . I stopped a truck.Stop and purchase a ratchet strap to repair the problem myself . I tried two days to reach out to the employee to see if there was something that could be done.He would not even answer my call . I spoke with him on two different occasions along the way to pick up . There was no service from him after the.Rental . I felt that he knew what I was calling about.And just refused to help .
