this is a significant improvement you can make in your booking system. When I booked online with U-Haul, I specifically booked a wheeled carriage to move a piano. I went into the rental assuming that that would be provided for me, but the local vendor said that she did not have any. There should be a clear system in place that your inventory at local sites matches what you are offering for rental. Other than that, it worked fine and I was able to get some professional movers. I was working with to bring such a dolly. But that would be an area of real improvement you could do in your booking system...
