Ensure all equipment is safe for the intended use. After experiencing a terrifying blown tire on i95 I discovered that 2 of the 4 remaining tires were under inflated. The blown tire likely happened due to low tire pressure. I was on a 1200 mile trip. The equipment should have been fully prepared and thouroughly safety checked especially for someone making a full coastal trip. The low tire pressure put my life as well as several other vehicle's around me lives at risk and left me stranded on one of the most dangerous highways in the world.

Nicholas CI rented a 5x9 trailer and an appliance dolly. When I got there to pick the trailer up I was informed they didn’t have a dolly. No phone call, no attempt to reach out and let me know. I left this facility while on the phone with U Haul getting nowhere and the run around and went to New Symrna Beach Hardware where they had a dolly and took good care of me. I had to basically drive to another U Haul dealer to fulfill my order. There’s no way a single person could have lodged a refrigerator by himself and I had no one there to help me
