The truck cab was dirty with caked on dirt film from several prior rentals and the truck bed was dirty with a cigarette bud layers of dirt and small debris. Inspect and clean the vehicle daily. I received the wrong black box number which caused an hour delay into my rental with me having to waiting in the HOT Texas sun for a CSR to answer the 800#.
LINDA RAbsolutely approve of this location, very helpful very clean and professional. Renting a uhaul and a storage unit has to be a 10/10. Never had an issue.
JAY CThe location in Laredo was perfect!!! Now the self storage where I got the u hall in mcallen. They didn't fill truck up and the front area of uhaul smelled and was dirty. that place needs improvements. But Laredo did a great job and friendly service.amd help out as much as they could.
