Counter person was quite rude. The van was also quite dirty
GRACE KYou had us pick up the trailer at a location that was closed. The guy had to come in on his day and way very rude about it. Like it was an inconvenience for him. The place where you had my my tow hitch installed broke both of the tail lights cover and just glued the together, when they should have been replace all together. To top it all off the tow hitch wasn’t even hooked up correctly and didn’t even work properly.
