I arranged to pick up the trailer in kenmore, and I purchased a hitch at that locagion. The pickup location was changed to edmonds against my express wishes, and when i wrnt to get the trailer, the hitch purchase was not included, forcing me to buy another hitch in edmonds. Which was the last hitch that the edmonds smoke shop sold. If that hitch hadn't been there, i would have been forced to leave the trailer i rented, go somewhere to find a hitch, gone back and THEN pucked up the trailer. To pick up the trailer, i had to upload my driver's license by phone. Which didn't work, due to no working wifi. I tried FOUR times, and then told the clerk he would need to input it manually. He refused and had me try the link four MORE times. After each successive try, I asked him to input my info manually, which he refused to do. One of those attempts included him trying it on his phone, and one was my uncle (who was with me also) on his phone. After 20 minutes of no progress, including three or four requests to input the information manually, i finally flat out told the employee to put it in manually, which he finally did. After walking him through each step of the process, i was finally able to pick up my trailer and purchase a second hitch, despite showing the edmonds employee my receipt for the hotch purchase in kenmore. Afterwards, i called kenmore to cwncel and refund the first hitch purchase, but no one picked up, so i was transferred to a call center, which was unable to help me. I called krnnore uhaul again, got a hold of John, who put me on jold for 10 minutes, without helping me at all, and i eventually hung up I called back, got Jake, who processed the refund quickly and efficiently. If uhaul can't fulfill an order at a location, and changes a pickup location without a customer's permission, they'd better transfer all of the customer's order to the new location too. Otherwise , you're going to have a LOT of angry customers. If uhaul is going to have franchises set up in smoke shops, with like, two hand trucks, one ball hitch, and an end cap of a couple moving boxes and some rolls of strapping tape, Uhaul should make certain that the employee is trained on how to handle the rental process. The employee at edmonds was poorly trained. The area with the trailers at Edmonds was untidy, (there was a burned out rv trailer on site, and a couple of wrecked cars,). And the edmonds site was poorly stocked for moving. 1/10 stars. I will be telling people to avoid the hassle of uHaul in that area.

The guy was rude and shady.
PATRICK KThe location was a tad difficult to but wasn’t crazy. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and professional. The trailer had a tire that was low on air but we filled it up and it held for the 1200 miles back down to California. The wheel straps were very difficult to use, I think they needed some maintenance. Overall it was a great rental experience. Those auto trailers are top notch and tow superbly
