Be here nest with your clients and let them know up front that the them know before they accept the unit and drive it that that the initial fee is a only a deposit not a payment and drive by blame the American customer service agent for giving incorrect information as they are in the US.. learn to calculate the correct mileage and give them and exact upfront calculation of what the exact cost is going to be from point to point.... and don’t expect that a client is supposed to know that an agent is in gender transition.

I had booked my trailer for a 9AM pickup and got bumped to a 530 PM pickup. I had another engagement during the day out of the city that I had to miss because of this delay. The trailer never did arrive at 530 and on one called to let me know even though I told the people at the counter that I am outside waiting for the trailer at least 2 hours prior to the pickup time. My trailer was delivered to another location. Luckily a smaller trailer was on the lot and I was able to get that one.

Crazy staff, the power cut then online staff says something over the phone but the store staff says completely a different thing. Very annoying and hassle to hire.

Waited in long line to pick up truck. Would not accept a USA credit card. No gas in the pickup. Then had to return on time could not finish the move. Not happy with the service in any way.

I was overcharged. Only drove 16km but was charged for 10mi. Also, the systems were down when I was leaving so nothing was explained and I was left waiting around. There's a Caucasian girl with a bit of a lisp and she was extremely rude on the phone. Forcing people to sit on hold for long periods and not even asking, just immediately putting us on hold with no explanation. Terrible phone mannerism overall. Also, I saw her interacting with some customers and she told them "you got $200 cash? No? Well then I can't help you" they weren't around when it was explained that systems are down so they can't accept CC and she didn't explain why it's $200 cash, she just refused them service??? Just seemed so bad at her job.
