Wonderful staff but the automatic sliding door being locked during regular business hours was extremely frustrating. Moving carts through a heavy swing door that can’t easily be propped open is difficult due to it being much more narrow and also the lip to get through the door. Nearly every time I came to do something in my unit, often during the mid day regular business hours, the sliding doors to the main buildings storage area (the east side sliding doors visible from 50th st) were unusable making moving items in or out much more difficult.

I know I owed money but I would have figured out how to make the payment now I don't care about my personal stuff but I do care about the things from passed family members that I will never get back. So sad. But due to uhaul 50st I will never pay another cent or use any services from uhaul. So here is to ALL the uhaul employees that make decisions like this when you loose family members...hope you loose all your precious memories too. 🖕
