Wow. Where do I start. Manager of eco tire shop was livid. Stated has not had a contract for years. Refused any assistance except a phone number. Immigrant “staff” spoke no English and wouldn’t even look up to speak let alone offer assistance. Additionally, booked me to wrong location requiring a 29 km walk to actual home destination. Charged for 2 days at incorrect drop location in a town I had no need to go to. Phone customer service woman was rude and unhelpful. Requested & charged for 6 blankets & NO need of a dolly. Was sent the dolly & NO packing blankets. Stop hiring low skill forced immigrants. It serves no one but the immigrants. Absolutely unbelievably poor experience. Fix this. It’s all so unacceptable.
