Harjinder BExtremely confusing - key ended up being locked in the cargo bay of the truck - spent 45 minutes trying to pick the unit up, multiple phone calls to the truck share line, and even the person I spoke to on the phone wasn't aware of where the key was located until 5 minutes into the call. After this being my first experience with the 24/7 truck share - I pray it will be my last.
