This location houses and import/export business and is only staffed occasionally. This is the second time I have dropped off here, neither time was a drop box available. When I contacted UHAUL they sent me to another location 3 km away with a drop box.

Have the location entrance and parking clearer. Had to call to have someone come and take possession of the truck as there was no secure key drop off. Ended up using the app to show condition of truck when returned.

Robert HMy experience was great, however, the debit machine was down and my Debit Mastercard wasn't accepted as payment, which was really frustrating. I would make sure customers know what payment methods are acceptable so they can prepare.
