Jededeah YThe staff person was on a FaceTime call during the check in process, the individual at the desk didn't seem to know what to do, and the vehicle was quite dirty when I received it. There was no information provided on how the return process works.
Katherine K- service rep was 20 mins late, computer did not work and he messed around with it for 20 minutes. Then we did the check in on a phone which took a while. There was also no direction of where to go when you get to the location. There where 3 bookings this morning and all of us where confused and all of use lost about 1 hour off our reservation because of all the delays. This location also did not have trolleys or blankets which I specifically requested. I was told to go to another location for these items which is an inconvenience. Horrible experience overall at this UHaul Location. I will not use it again. The trailer I got was not in poor condition so that was good.
