There was no company sign inside the hotel to help guide me to where I was able to complete the application and pickup the vehicle key. The instructions to drop off the vehicle key when I return was poor and confusing. Upon arrival, they informed me that the extra equipment that I requested was not available - poor customer service.

jamie hPut up a sign for where the office is and call when you offer to call upon booking. I asked at the hotel and they didn’t know where the U-Haul office was. I looked around and found no one so I hooked up the trailer and left. 45 minutes later I got a call asking me to come back to the lot to complete a contract and get my DL#. I asked why as I had gone through the app loaded my DL and they said the app didn’t work. I was already loaded and 5 minutes from my destination and declined to return immediately. I got another call asking for a picture of the trailer connected to my truck and did so. I returned the trailer calling the lot back twice and never did see anyone.
Russell BStaff was friendly and easy to deal with. How can you beat $45.00 for a motorcycle trailer for 8 hours.
