No signage to U-haul desk. Computer was not working properly. Agent had to go purchase a extension for the wiring hookup.

Zsuzsanna HThe staff was friendly enough but the trailer wasn't ready for me when I arrived. They had to go buy an extension cord to connect the four pin wiring from the trailer to my vehicle. Even after connecting that cord the trailer lights were not working. My brother in law brough a different vehicle and the lights would not work on either vehicle. Ultimately I wasn't able to pick up the trailer. I called U-Haul about a refund and they said someone from the location would contact me to facilitate that; so far I haven't heard back from anyone.
