I rented a trailer using Uhaul's app a couple weeks ago only to find out the morning I was supposed to pick up my trailer rental that it was not returned by the previous renter two days earlier. Uhaul should have told me a day or two earlier that there may be a problem allowing me to make other arrangements. My only choice left on a Sunday morning was to rent this truck costing me over twice the cost of the trailer. I am very disappointed and will never use Uhaul again. The truck I rented had dirty napkins in the cupholder, other debris and coffee stains around the cup holder area as well.

Easy check in, person was there from 8am-2pm to help, and self serve drop off was very easy. Large hotel parking lot with plenty of room. Not very busy.
