The customer service was fantastic! But the actual location is a little hard to notice, and the security is minimal.

U-Haul itself was less than desirable in this situation. My truck was cancelled without notification and given to another person. When trying to get a hold of someone I was bounced from person to person for over 35 minutes. I would honestly never recommend U-Haul to anyone! Do better!
Michael RIam using U haul truck for moving since last 2yrs but this time only I found latest truck I was so glad that pls replace the old one with the new
