U-Haul itself was less than desirable in this situation. My truck was cancelled without notification and given to another person. When trying to get a hold of someone I was bounced from person to person for over 35 minutes. I would honestly never recommend U-Haul to anyone! Do better!

Iam using U haul truck for moving since last 2yrs but this time only I found latest truck I was so glad that pls replace the old one with the new

Dave SAt least basic customer services. At least basic equipment clean. Engine and other services button in the equipment were illuminated in red all the driving time. I asked the person in charge before leaving he said it was just fine. I can provide photos how dirty was the stering wheel and the cabin in general.
