Mobile and counter pickups are very confusing and the owners seem to bypass the app somehow.

I was charged way more it wasn’t expected.
amit kThe drop off location treated me as a customer well however was unable to handle the equipment due to storage limitations on site. The clerk did get into contact with U-Haul and alternate plans were established to go to a different location.
Darin KCustomer service agent was abrupt and short in any commentary when responding to my questions at time of pick up. The vehicle was clean when I picked it up, and apparently I get charged a cleaning fee for some dust I left in the unit. This is quite a petty charge to have incurred. And when I asked the agent, by phone after receiving the cleaning bill, I was denied any request. And when I asked for the phone number for UHaul Customer Service the agent told me that he does not have it. (Really!?)
DALE MI was told when I booked the vehicle that it would costs me $80 for the time I needed it for. I was charged $152.00 something. I was told once it was returned. They would reimburse the part of what I paid. I was never reimbursed. Poor service.
