Inform customer prior to rental that you hold the deposit for 3 to 5 days. Caused a major inconvenience for me as a single parent of 2 hungry kids.
Michael YTnank you so much for the Ali's excellent service. We booked a 15' U-haul truck in the Sunday's morning at 7:00am,he came too early to help us to pick up our truck. But truck didn't fit with our stuff and we needed to move out to another province for the next two hours. So we called to Ali and asked if it's possible to switch for a bigger one. Iryna POur pick up location was changed from Leduc to Edmonton which resulted in having to pay more for kms and after calling when we arrived for pick up we stood outside for over twenty minutes so on top of the wait to get the truck and the extra time to drive it to our location our start time to move was delayed
