1. Some on-site signage would be good. People have to rely on the presence of trucks to know it's a Uhaul dealer. 2. The on-site staff could use a little more training on how to service the customer as they seemed to be struggling to find my reservation. In fact the reservation showed that I was taking a 26' when I had ordered a 10'. 3. They need to have some better reception. When no one is answering the phone, it doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in the dealer. 4. Answer telephone msgs promptly. Over the course of 18 hours I left 2 voice msgs asking for someone to return my call. I got nothing
