Not realize this was a non-manned location as we were switched to this one as it was closer to the garage we were getting our items from . The back had to be pried open with a crow bar, we had to phone to advise and find a key (wasn’t there). They had to bring it to us half hour later . The app would not populate and she was having hard time to get us checked in ..she was very helpful but it was frustrating for her and us.. once in the cab it was dirty and we took pictures of it, tons of frost on windows, no ice scraper and vehicle was not prepped to get in and drive away. There was one windshield wiper in cab and once it started raining snowing we had to change it and had to reshape the other.

Insurance was previously 16 for the whole rental, this time I was charged per day which made the final bill a bit more than I expected. Anything that can be done to help out? I was renting for the weekend like do every year for a non-profit event so every $ saved helps.
Gregory M1. Some on-site signage would be good. People have to rely on the presence of trucks to know it's a Uhaul dealer. 2. The on-site staff could use a little more training on how to service the customer as they seemed to be struggling to find my reservation. In fact the reservation showed that I was taking a 26' when I had ordered a 10'. 3. They need to have some better reception. When no one is answering the phone, it doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in the dealer. 4. Answer telephone msgs promptly. Over the course of 18 hours I left 2 voice msgs asking for someone to return my call. I got nothing
