We showed up at our reservation time and were forced to wait 30 min before we could pick up our rental. The attendant stated that they need to switch our truck because they were required to rent out the trucks in some kind of order but apparently the Uhaul system was down and he couldn’t process any changes. After waiting 30 minutes, the attendent brought out the same truck we were originally scheduled to rent and didn’t even offer an explanation of why we had to wait at all. None of it really made sense to us and this will be the first and last time we rent at this location.

FARIS QThe staff in this location are not honest, they give the truck without instructions with the customer and when the customer drops off the truck they fabricate a story to charge the customer fake fees. The did it with me and I reported it to U-Haul online.
