You should immediately cancel U-Haul contract with them. Here’s what happened. I dropped off trailer on 07/28/2026 around 5pm and parked where they asked me to. Went in for paperwork they said we will take care of it and send you the receipt don’t worry. Next day 07/29/2026 I checked my email no receipt. I called to check why I haven’t received a receipt yet and their response was are you sure you dropped off trailer to our location because we don’t have any trailer or record of me dropping off to their location and asked me I should call U-Haul because we can’t help you. I told him I took pictures of your location, trailer where I parked and plate. They hanged up on me so I call U-Haul to check if your system showing any records but lady said no records. So I called them back and at this time their attitude changed and said we found it and taking care of it and send you the receipt right now. I waited half an hour no receipt. I called backed and asked for Rafi who they were calling every time I called. I don’t know what their intentions were but I think they thought I don’t have any evidence to prove that I dropped trailer to their location and they can steal it. Went through lot of headaches, arguments, tension. If you guys want our business take care of this unnecessary situation they created. Oh the receipt I received showing they received trailer July 29, 2026 at noon which is not correct. I dropped off July 28 around 5 PM.

This is not where it was dropped off at
Terri HThe King Market is a liquor store with an attached recycling business. While the vehicle’s interior was clean, its exterior was dirty and showed visible dents. The truck ran well mechanically; however, the overall condition of the facility was unkempt and unappealing. Additionally, the vehicle was parked on the side of a hill/ditch, which added to the poor impression. I was disappointed with the experience, as the original pickup location appeared clean and well-maintained online. On the morning of the pickup, the location was unexpectedly changed to the King Market.

Lori SI booked a truck with appliance dolly to pick up a washer. They canceled my original contract and drafted a new one WITHOUT telling me that they didn’t have the appliance dolly at this specific location. After I checked the truck out, drove to the location and found out there was no dolly, I went back and they said “go to this location down the road, they should be able to help you”. This led to me having to rent the truck for longer time (the party I gather to pick up the washer all left because they had their own obligations), I also had to return the dolly at a separate location, huge inconvenience for everyone. I would NEVER come back here. They’re also severely understaffed.
