I booked a truck with appliance dolly to pick up a washer. They canceled my original contract and drafted a new one WITHOUT telling me that they didn’t have the appliance dolly at this specific location. After I checked the truck out, drove to the location and found out there was no dolly, I went back and they said “go to this location down the road, they should be able to help you”. This led to me having to rent the truck for longer time (the party I gather to pick up the washer all left because they had their own obligations), I also had to return the dolly at a separate location, huge inconvenience for everyone. I would NEVER come back here. They’re also severely understaffed.

STEVEN CWe showed up at our reservation time and were forced to wait 30 min before we could pick up our rental. The attendant stated that they need to switch our truck because they were required to rent out the trucks in some kind of order but apparently the Uhaul system was down and he couldn’t process any changes. After waiting 30 minutes, the attendent brought out the same truck we were originally scheduled to rent and didn’t even offer an explanation of why we had to wait at all. None of it really made sense to us and this will be the first and last time we rent at this location.
