The King Market is a liquor store with an attached recycling business. While the vehicle’s interior was clean, its exterior was dirty and showed visible dents. The truck ran well mechanically; however, the overall condition of the facility was unkempt and unappealing. Additionally, the vehicle was parked on the side of a hill/ditch, which added to the poor impression. I was disappointed with the experience, as the original pickup location appeared clean and well-maintained online. On the morning of the pickup, the location was unexpectedly changed to the King Market.

Lori SI booked a truck with appliance dolly to pick up a washer. They canceled my original contract and drafted a new one WITHOUT telling me that they didn’t have the appliance dolly at this specific location. After I checked the truck out, drove to the location and found out there was no dolly, I went back and they said “go to this location down the road, they should be able to help you”. This led to me having to rent the truck for longer time (the party I gather to pick up the washer all left because they had their own obligations), I also had to return the dolly at a separate location, huge inconvenience for everyone. I would NEVER come back here. They’re also severely understaffed.
