Actually make sure the gas is at what's being charged. Upon arrival I was charged to refill truck 1/2 tank + and truck was 1/4 below the charged level

The staff at Elgin General Store were very professional and courteous and made the whole process very easy.
Laura SThe person did not know what she was doing and screwed up the order. She had my picked scheduled for a location that was 30 miles from my house and not until Noon. I had to call 1-800-U-haul to get the order scheduled correctly. Took over two hours on the phone.
