I reserved a dolly, but it was not in the U-Haul. Picking up was a hassle. The back was dirty. We had to sweep it out before use. But on a positive note, dropping it off was very easy.

Vehicles need to be updated, cleaned and maintained. Oil changes must be done on time check brakes, rotors, oil and engine bay regularly. Basic stuff that wasnt done with my rental. Also the Uhaul app kept malfunctioning constantly and I had to call the service just to get me through check in and checkout. Utility dolly also wasnt available so i had no choice but to settle for an alternative. TRUCK KEYS SHOULD BE IN THE KEY BOX AT PICKUP TIME. I had to wait nearly an hour and a half just to pick up the keys as well. Crazy stuff really.
