No one was ready to help us. They were still in bed, acted annoyed that we bothered them and seemed like they didn’t even know we had a reservation. My husband had to hook up the trailer himself with no help. When we rented trailers before, the staff made sure to check the lights before we left. At this location, no one helped and we had to make sure everything worked ourselves. On our way out the parking lot, an employee ran up to our car to take a picture of the trailer that they didn’t help set up.
